Pendant 19 ans, le whisky s’est développé dans un fût de chêne blanc américain, lui offrant de douces notes de vanille et de miel. Afin de donner à ce single malt son style inimitable, le Master Distiller a transféré dans la plus grande délicatesse le liquide dans un fût de Sherry Matusalem Oloroso de la célèbre bodega González Byass pendant plus de deux ans. L’alliance de ces fûts exceptionnels offrent à ce whisky des notes de prunes, de nectarines, et de gingembre.
