This whisky liqueur is inspired by the tradition of the Italian amaro, a herbaceous bittersweet liqueur, and is best enjoyed at the end of a meal as a digestif, chilled or on the rocks.
Nose : Rich and smoky. Molasses, tea, sweet and peaty notes.
Palate : Smoky and greedy. Burnt caramel, herbaceous and smoky notes.
Overall : Bittersweet. Notes of embers and caramelized peaches.
