COCCHI Vermouth Extra Dry Piemontese

Cocchi Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry, launched in the year of Cocchi's 130th anniversary, is a classic-style vermouth from the birthplace of vermouth, Piedmont. The "Ricetta Piemontese" (Piedmontese recipe) indicated on the label is a precise indication of its content: all the ingredients of this vermouth come from Piedmont and have a strong connection to our region.

The wine that composes this vermouth is Cortese, the same grape used for Gavi DOCG. The Artemisia Absinthium comes 100% from the mountains of Piedmont.

The aromatic profile is characterized by Menta di Pancalieri, a local variety of peppermint, and lemon, traditionally used to garnish vermouth in our region. Cocchi Extra Dry proudly carries the "Vermouth di Torino" appellation.

Cocchi Extra Dry was developed to enhance, with its unique character, classic cocktails such as the Martini or Bamboo (40ml of Cocchi Extra Dry mixed with 40ml of dry sherry, garnished with a twist of lime or a basil leaf), but it also excels when served with tonic (elderflower tonic is our preferred choice), soda water, or enjoyed on the rocks.
