Nose : Soft and smooth. The wheat makes its mark right from the start, with a delicate yet vibrant character. The second nose reveals notes of candied citrus (lemon) and dried fruit (almond, hazelnut). Slightly minty, it nevertheless quickly returns to its cereal roots.

Palate : Smooth and balanced. Slightly creamy, its lovely acidity provides a backdrop for floral (carnation, lily of the valley), fruity (pear, apple) and spicy (cinnamon) notes. Then, cocoa beans, salted butter caramel and dried fruit (apricot, walnut) lend depth to the finish.

Overall : A blend of suppleness and firmness, it oscillates between fresh fruit (plum, apple), heady flowers (iris) and cereal notes. Gradually, the wheat takes the upper hand, and does so irrevocably. The after-smell and the empty glass offer notes of praline and cocoa.
