Introduced in the United States in 1997, this version of Chopin has brought potato-based vodka, which had fallen out of favour, back into the limelight. Creamier and richer than grain-based vodkas, it has a truly distinctive flavour that will intrigue connoisseurs of spirits and cocktails. It takes around 3 kg of potatoes to produce a 70 cl bottle of Chopin vodka.
