CHAMAREL 4 ans 2014

Chamarel is a small treasure of the Indian Ocean. Located on the island of Mauritius, not far from Réunion Island, this wonderful distillery has the privilege of producing not only its own sugar cane, in fields spanning more than 35 hectares, but also its own rum. The rum is distilled only once, in a column still, and aged in casks for four years, before being bottled at the cask strength of 54%. This outstanding rum is filled with aromas of vanilla, crisp, fresh sugar cane, salt and a wonderful touch of citrus that echoes the marine origins of this great rum.
