This limited edition of Chalong Bay pays tribute to the Year of the Snake - a symbol of transformation, elegance and mystery. Made from Thai sugar cane grown without the addition of pesticides and distilled in a copper Armagnac still, this rum has been aged for 24 months in a unique Brandy de Jerez cask. From a great wine-growing terroir, Brandy de Jerez - a noble relative of Cognac and Armagnac - offers a rare and striking match for this collector's cuvée. The result is a brut de fût rum of remarkable depth. A dialogue between two terroirs, two skills and a tribute to the art of maturation.
