The Caroni Employees range pays tribute to the employees of the legendary distillery, which was founded in 1918 and closed in 2002. This version, distilled in 1996, features Vijay ""Vijay"" Ranmarine, who worked at the distillery for 23 years. This Caroni is a blend of 4 casks, all 100% aged in a tropical climate until October 2019 before being placed in stainless steel tanks. This Full Proof bottling has an angels' share of over 85%.
