Produced near Birmingham in traditional copper stills, Broker’s is a classic London Dry Gin. Its recipe is based on a quadruple distillation of English grain spirit and a 24-hour maceration of 10 natural botanicals (juniper berries, citrus peel, coriander, spices). Recognisable by its bottle topped with a bowler hat, it offers a dry, refreshing and very well-balanced profile.

Nose : Clean and lively. Dominated by fresh juniper berries, quickly complemented by lemon and bitter orange zest and a hint of herbaceous notes.
Palate : Round and well-structured. A lovely opening with juniper and citrus, developing into notes of sweet spices (coriander, cinnamon, nutmeg) and a herbal undertone of angelica.
Overall : Dry, clean and lingering. It lingers on the resinous freshness of juniper, a hint of pepper and a subtle citrus bitterness.
