BLURRY MOON Gin

BLURRY MOON - ARTISANAL GIN - ORGANIC - UNFILTERED The Gimet distillery has elaborated this unfiltered and organic gin in collaboration with the Awen Nature distillery. The approach consisted in revealing, through the powerful framework of a London dry (maceration, then distillation of the plants), the typicity and the power of the plants which take part in its composition. The "Blurry Moon", the "blurry moon", refers to this blurred effect produced by the absence of filtration of the gin, and the precipitate of the essential oils which compose it.
