Distilled at BLAIR ATHOL in 2006 and aged for 18 years in a Pedro Ximenez cask, this single cask stands out with its rich aromas of chocolate and candied fruits. The Single Malts of Scotland offers a range of superb vintage Scottish single malts. Each edition is carefully selected from Elixir Distillers' casks, sourced from the six whisky-producing regions of Scotland. Only casks deemed to have achieved the requisite quality and character are bottled under The Single Malts of Scotland name. To ensure that each of these whiskies retains its aromas and character, they are non-chill filtered and no coloring is added.
