Tasting notes

Nose : round, deep. Roasted notes (tobacco and coffee). Medicinal and fruity (burnt cherry). Redolent of prune cake.

Palate : mellow, not sweet. Dark chocolate, prunes and liquorice for a gourmand feel. Rancio and bitter citrus fruit zests for energy.

Overall : slight bitterness. Behind notes of fig, dates and prunes, red fruits (raspberry, strawberry and redcurrant) appear on the horizon.
