Tasting notes
Nose : reminiscent of an Old Fashioned! A superb blend of spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom).
Palate : the spices on the nose are present but the palate is ultimately quite supple and mellow.
Overall : the finish is bitter and spicy with a surprising note of molasses that brings depth.
