PROFILE : This single malt reveals a rich and pulpy profile, featuring oxidative, oriental, medicinal, chocolate, herbal and tropical fruit notes. Selected exclusively by La Maison du Whisky for the Les Anthologistes Collection, this single cask No. 11 was matured in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt and bottled at cask strength.

INDEPENDENT BOTTLER : Founded in 1988 by Andrew Symington, Signatory Vintage is one of Scotland's most respected independent bottlers. Born in 2017 from a collaboration with La Maison du Whisky, the Plume collection is a label exclusively reserved for the finest sherry cask maturations.
