Three cask types are used to make The Twelve, matured in sherry, bourbon and port casks. This fascinating unpeated single malt is true to the typical Speyside sweetness. It develops perfectly balanced notes of cooked forest fruits, honey and cocoa, and a lingering finish of dried grape and spicy mocha.
