Bottled at 100 Proof, equivalent to 57.1% abv, this 2013 vintage gains both power and texture: the malt becomes creamier, the fruit rounder, and the overall balance strikes beautifully between sweetness, freshness and lively energy.
Nose : Fresh pineapple, yellow peach, orange zest, sweet cereals, hint of vanilla.
Palate : Broad and lively. Tropical fruits, almond paste, light honey, creamy malt and gentle spice.
Overall : Long and warming, with yellow fruits, soft spices and refined oak.
