On the Caravelle peninsula, caressed by the trade winds and relatively protected from tropical deluges, Spoutourne's dry plots produce extremely subtle rums. The relative aridity of the area and the wind have resulted in a concentration of primary aromas in the cane, which are very present after distillation and ageing. A worthy representative of Martinique, FLEURS DU VENT is beautifully harmonious, developing a multitude of floral notes reminiscent of islands and sunlit beaches. It combines pleasant woody notes with impressions of exotic fruits and coconut notes. Light and exotic, it takes us back to Martinique in a new light.
