Distilled in a pot copper John Dore, the best distiller ever, Engine keeps true to the made in Italy, using only Italian botanicals. In facts it is among the few Italian gin that respects the new protocol of the Italian gin, which will be released in 2023, saying that is necessary to have 70% of the botanicals coming from Italy to be entitled Italian gin.
