This Speyside single malt's long, opulent profile reveals notes of caramel, hazelnut and fig. Auchroisk is located in the Speyside region, founded in 1974. Although not as famous as other distilleries in the region, Auchroisk is known for producing high-quality whisky, mainly for use in blends. Its single malt, which is sometimes bottled under names such as The Singleton of Auchroisk, offers a rich, fruity profile, often with notes of honey, fresh fruit and vanilla. Signatory Vintage unveils a new series, “Symington's Choice”, showcasing the most exceptional casks from Pitlochry's cellars.
