Artesia Orge et Seigle Maltés is T.O.S. Distillerie's second permanent whisky. This whisky with its vegetal, spicy profile is made from a mash composed of 73% malted barley and 27% rye, distilled in copper stills to obtain the finest aromas, then aged in ex-bourbon barrels. The malted barley gives it body and round, cereal notes that are perceptible on the palate, while the rye gives it vegetal notes (pine sap, eucalyptus), floral notes (lily of the valley, hyacinth) and subtle spiciness.

Nose : Vegetal and spicy. Rye bread, pine sap, vanilla.

Palate : Lively and fresh, vegetal (pine sap and eucalyptus), cereal-like, floral on the finish (lily of the valley, hyacinth).
