Back in 1995, quality single malts had seemingly gone out of fashion. While many distilleries were closing their doors, we bucked the trend and opened ours. The first distillery on the Isle of Arran in over 150 years, we found ourselves in acres of tranquil space with decades of peace and quiet. Dreaming of a timeless, modern malt, we lapped up that freedom and space. Unadulterated by big business, we made beauty our bottom line. And set about crafting a top quality, purer whisky – never chill - filtered or artificially coloured. Made with crystal - clear water filtered by no less than six waterfalls. Today, it’s that independent spirit that defines us. And our drinkers This limited edition Arran10 year oldSingle Malt has beendistilled using malted barley grown on the Isle of Arran, atBellevue Farm by the Currie family. Batch 002 differs fromBatch 001 as it has been produced from Concerto Barleyas opposed to Optic Barley.This whisky has been matured in a selection of our 1st Fill Bourbon Barrels and 2nd Fill Sherry Hogsheads in very similar proportions to our classic Arran 10 year-old.
