Nose : Spicy notes of smoked cream, peppermint, and caramel, with fennel and pine resin. Followed by notes of a wood fire that blend with herbaceous and fruity notes.
Palate : A peppery palate opens with notes of tart lemon, candied apples, pears, and oranges. Hints of carbolic soap and tar give way to creamy toffee, anise, and chili pepper.
