JAMAICAN RUM: Appleton 25 Year Old 1998 Hearts Collection is an aged molasses rum originating from Jamaica.
PROFILE: This rum reveals a complex, fruity profile marked by notes of molasses, ginger, and coffee. It is crafted from the heart of the distillation run distilled in a copper pot still from the house of Forsyths, then aged for 25 years in Jamaica's tropical climate before being bottled at cask strength.
DID YOU KNOW? The Hearts Collection is a landmark limited-edition range, born from a collaboration between Master Blender Joy Spence and Velier's Luca Gargano. It represents the very first series of single-mark rums offered by Appleton Estate.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: This rum can be enjoyed neat in a tulip glass.
