PROFILE : This single malt reveals a smooth and generous profile, featuring vanilla, fruity, herbaceous, lemony and honeyed notes. Crafted from six-row Indian barley grown and malted in Rajasthan, this cask-strength bottling was matured in a bourbon cask.

Color : or soutenu

Nose : Fresh, creamy. Vanilla, fruity (pear, mirabelle), malted, herbaceous (alfalfa), citrusy and honey (acacia), the first smell is successively rich and acid. With aeration, chocolate, licorice, spice (safran curry) and medicinal (tiger balm) perfumes intensify this duality proudly showcased.

Palate : Ample, untied. Firstly exotic (banana, pineapple, yellow kiwi), infused (verbena, sage) and finally peppery, its palate evolves with dynamism and volubility towards herbaceous notes (cut hay, clover), citrusy, creamy (coconut milk), malted (barley broth), syrupy (orgeat syrup) and vanilla.

Overall : Long, full-bodied. Possessing the same exotic character as the palate, it is also punctuated by exceptionally smooth chocolate notes. Gradually, aromatic herbs (chervil, sorrel, white mint), vanilla beans, and limes contribute to a finish that is both rich (flan) and tangy. Intense aromas of porridge, nutmeg, and dried flowers rise from the empty glass.
