Produced by Don Joel Antonio Cruz in the same palenque as Los Danzantes, Alipus San Juan del Rio is distilled from 100% Espadin agave. Smooth, fruity, rich, and with a subtle smokiness on the nose (even more pronounced on the palate), it is by far the smokiest in the Alipus range. With a long fermentation process, it is also highly complex and exhibits an evolving flavor profile.
