The Alipus range offers a small selection of mezcals distilled within three mezcalerias located in San Juan del Rio, San Balthazar Guelavila, and Xitlapehua. It is in the latter village that the master distiller, Don Valente Garcia Juarez, crafts this magnificent mezcal from the Espadin (90%) and Bicuishe (10%) varieties of agave. Crystal clear and with absolute freedom of expression, the finish of Alipus San Andres shatters all boundaries and literally transports us to the region of Oaxaca.
