After 6 days of cooking in a stone oven and a 5-day fermentation in wooden barrels, this eau-de-vie delivers unique aromas and flavors. On the nose, citrus notes blend with the roundness of caramel. On the palate, the acidity of red fruits is balanced by the sweetness of date honey.
