Selected exclusively by La Maison du Whisky for the Les Anthologistes Collection, this single cask No. 4 was matured in a first-fill oloroso sherry cask and bottled at cask strength.
INDEPENDENT BOTTLER : Founded in 1988 by Andrew Symington, Signatory Vintage is one of Scotland's most respected independent bottlers. Born in 2017 from a collaboration with La Maison du Whisky, the Plume collection is a label exclusively reserved for the finest sherry cask maturations.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS : This scotch whisky can be enjoyed neat in a tulip or Glencairn glass.
