327 RUM XO is a Caribbean rum made between 3 continents. It is the result of a selection of the best rums from Guyana, Guatemala, Panama and Venezuela, matured in the tropics for at least seven years. These rums continue their ageing in Europe. The 327 RUM XO is produced in special "fruity" casks, where the rum is left to mature for up to six months. During this final stage, the blend, at 60% alcohol, is diluted with spring water, at 40% alc.
