This deep blue Yoichi Single Malt gift set evokes the marine setting of this iconic distillery founded in 1934 on the coast of Hokkaido, Japan’s northernmost island. Masataka Taketsuru chose this location due to its similarities with the Scottish climate. Yoichi’s single malts are still produced there today, using traditional methods such as direct coal-firing. A blend of various ages of whiskies, they express a subtle balance of smoky, fruity and floral aromas.
