A blend of several casks that have previously held sherry, this single malt is an official version available as a special bottling. A bar of hazelnut and raisin dark chocolate. Delicious!

Nose : direct and precise, it evokes sherry with notes of prunes, walnuts and raisins. Fruit paste (strawberry, fig). More spicy (cinnamon, black pepper) and medicinal (arnica) on aeration.

Palate : supple attack, it then becomes rich and dominated by notes of sherry (toasted hazelnuts, almonds, bitter cocoa). A real basket of dried fruit (raisins, dates). It then becomes woody and slightly bitter with notes of charred oak and catechu.

Overall : very clean, with great persistence, notes of coffee beans, soot and dark chocolate.
