A supple, flavourful, elegant, accessible cognac, François Voyer XO Premier Cru is the pride of the range, a classic in its category.
François Voyer XO Premier Cru is a blend of 10 to 25 year-old cognacs, distilled on the lees and aged for three years in new, medium toast Limousin oak barrels, and then in casks in a damp cellar. Dilution with distilled water is carried out gradually (with a maximum of 5% per dilution every six months to a year) so as to develop optimal finesse and complexity.
Nose : very fruity (vine peaches, quince paste and plums), delicately woody (vanilla) and very well-balanced. The result of a long maturation.
Palate : very elegant, characterised by supple yet powerful woody notes, very typical of Premier Cru.
