VERMEIL SPIRITS Single Malt Whisky

Vermeil Whisky is an organic French single malt produced in collaboration with Alcools Vivant, made from malted barley and distilled in a traditional Charentais still. Aged for four years in oak barrels that previously held Cognac, it is then refined on the Côte Vermeille, in oak casks that previously contained Collioure red wine from Domaine Servant. The Cognac cask aging imparts aromas of fresh yellow fruits and flowers, while its light body and smooth palate are enhanced by the Collioure cask finish, bringing softness and the signature fruitiness of Grenache Noir.
