Trois Rivières was inspired by an old and traditional method: the burning of standing cane. This method was used by the cane cutters to eliminate sharp leaves and snakes before cutting. This process has been revived to produce a unique rum with a rustic and smoky profile. This is a single-varietal rum, from the Rozeau cane, coming only from the Figuier plot in Rivère Salée. An ideal rum to bring a touch of originality to cocktails.

      Un peu surpris au début et finalement ce rhum est très bon (avis personnel ainsi que mes fils), un peu sec en bouche, mais le côté fumé est bien agréable, à recommander
