The Signature Edition FIFTEEN was made from Scottish peat-smoked malt and matured for three years in selected ex Amarone wine casks from the renowned Italian winery Claudio Lenotti. The deep, vinous aromas of the casks combine with the elegant fruit accents and intense smoky notes of our New Make to create a unique taste experience. Velvety fruit sweetness blends with creamy vanilla and warming oak spice, while ashy peat smoke gently envelops the senses. Strong, full of character and unmistakable – this smoky single malt whisky is the peaty counterpart to our legendary Signature Edition TWO from 2019.

Nose : A seductively fruity bouquet of red berries, forest fruits, dark cherries and ripe peaches unfolds harmoniously, accompanied by sweet peat smoke, delicate BBQ accents, a hint of vanilla and spicy oak.

Appearance : Ambre aux reflets rougeâtres

Palate : The velvety fruit sweetness of dark cherries, juicy redcurrants and ripe peaches melds with creamy vanilla, while warming oak spice and a hint of cocoa create a perfect balance that is wrapped in ashy peat smoke.

Overall : Creamy-sweet notes of red fruit jam linger long and intensely, carried by dark chocolate, fine peat smoke, slightly dry tannins and elegant oak spice.
