3 year old agricultural rum aged in French and American oak barrels with different capacities and toastings. Only the meticulous work of toasting the barrels allows the development of an intensely spicy aromatic profile. L'Atelier des Rhums is the result of a unique barrel process orchestrated by our cellar master, Karine Lassalle. By exploring the multiple possibilities offered by different juices, toasting techniques, types of wood and cask capacities, three blends with exceptional and singular aromatic profiles have distinguished themselves to form the "Atelier des Rhums". Jardin Fruité, Fumée Volcanique and Épices Créoles are aimed at bar professionals as well as spirits enthusiasts who wish to explore the know-how of Rhum J.M through new references. We have called upon the expertise of Joseph Akhavan (founder and head bartender of the Mabel in Paris) to create the signature cocktails of the "Atelier des Rhums" and thus highlight the typicity of these three rums
