Since 2011, Planteray Rum's Single Casks have offered a new selection each year of bespoke rums bottled from unique casks around the world. Benefitting from Planteray Rum’s signature “Double Ageing” technique these casks experience Tropical & Continental environments before undergoing a unique third maturation in a specially selected cask. Globally renowned for his expertise in ageing spirits, our founder and master blender, Alexandre Gabriel is also famous for his curiosity and appetite for experimentation.
