PIGGY BREWING Eroica Unitaire

"Eroica" or "creative energy". This is the first NEIPA to be created in the brewery's newly-invested premises in 2019. A resounding success for this blonde ale with hoppy aromas derived from the combination of no fewer than five hops (Simcoe, Citra, Cascade, Ekuanot and Mosaïc). Fruity with a hint of citrus, its creamy texture gives way to a dry, bitter finish that will delight lovers of the style. Complementary pairing: Cheesecake.
