PROFILE : This single malt reveals a rich and deep profile, featuring notes of dried fruit, chocolate, rancio, resin and honey. Produced from double distillation in pot stills, this cask strength bottling was matured for three years and four months in a bourbon cask, then finished for eight years in a sherry oloroso hogshead from the Miguel Martin cooperage.
