NINKASI Quadruple Barrel Aged #02 Unitaire

This barrel aged beer is the result of the collaboration between the Ninkasi brewers and Alban, their master distiller. For the second time, the brewers decided to put their classic Quadruple recipe in Ninkasi Whisky barrels, a Quadruple Belgian Ale with a gourmet and round profile (caramel, pineapple, gingerbread). During the eight months of barrel aging, the malty and nutty brown belgian ale, which was already highly alcoholized, has developed a liquorish and intense mouthfeel and complex notes of butterscotch and whiskey.
