Diggers & Ditch was created to honour and celebrate the courage and sacrifice of the many thousands of men and women, who served their country. As the brightest and best from the fledging Australian and New Zealand nations came to together in the far-flung lands, we have combined whisky from our finest doublewood barrels with premium Tasmanian Single Malt.
Nose : Soaked raisins with honey. Notes of berry jams, spices and caramel with a hint of leather.
Palate : Mixed dried berries, Marashino cherries, demerara sugars, malty toffee and complex spices.
Overall : After the full flavours on the palate, a slightly lighter yet flavoursome finish. Wine and sweet malts slowly reduce with tannins.
