Nose : Soaked raisins with honey. Notes of berry jams, spices and caramel with a hint of leather.
Palate : Mixed dried berries, Marashino cherries, demerara sugars, malty toffee and complex spices.
Overall : After the full flavours on the palate, a slightly lighter yet flavoursome finish. Wine and sweet malts slowly reduce with tannins.
