BERTOLA Fino

The aging of this wine originates from the ancient cellars of the "BERTOLA" company, founded in 1919. Made from Palomino grapes, it has been aged in American oak barrels for over four years.

Its characteristics are as follows: golden straw color, spicy and delicate aroma, dry and light on the palate, with biological aging (under the veil of floral yeasts). It has an alcohol content of 15%.

It should be served at a temperature of approximately 7ºC, accompanied by appetizers, soups, seafood, white fish, and soft cheeses.
