Distilled by one of the most renowned houses in Calvados, this cuvée was produced from the “Golden Promise” barley variety.
To better capture the full aromatic and flavour potential of this legendary barley, cuts were made from the very first distillation.
As a result, with great naturalness, this release reveals a Norman fruitiness over a backdrop of malty notes, but also a very Scottish side with its herbaceous notes (cut hay).
