This French Single Malt Whiskey is produced from a selection of French spring barley. It is distilled using a traditional Cognac-style pot still.
It has a distinctive character thanks to its aging process: an initial phase in 400-liter Sessile oak Cognac barrels, followed by a double maturation of 24 months in 180-liter barrels that previously contained 100% Agave Tequila Blanco. This whisky is aged entirely at Château de la Sauzaie, located in La Rochelle.
