LA MER BLANCHE Limoncello des Voiles

Inspired by the traditional Italian recipe, this Limoncello is made from lemons grown through agroecological practices between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean. To capture the best of the zest, each lemon is peeled by hand. It is best served well chilled, as a digestif (4 cl) or as a base for cocktails, such as a Spritz. Served over ice, the fresh citrus aromas are even more expressive. The high concentration of essential oils extracted from the zest may create a natural deposit near the neck of the bottle — a true sign of quality, not a flaw.
