Description
This VSOP come from a blend of rums that have matured for 4 years in oak casks. It has aged 60% in French oak casks -of which ¼ in new casks- and 40% in American oak casks ex-Bourbon.
Tasting notes
Nose : Bouquet of floral scents, spicy and honeyed at first. Then, tobacco perfumes are dressed with spicy fragrances (grey pepper) and mingle with a delicate woody, characteristic of an aging cask.
Palate : Fresh and complex
Overall : The final expresses a very pleasant length while charm and softness.
