Established in 2021, Ine to Agave is a pioneer of the modern "craft sake" movement in Akita. By using low-polished, pesticide-free rice and experimental ingredients like agave and hops, they create unique beverages that challenge traditional boundaries.

More than just a brewery, Ine to Agave is a community-driven project, integrating a restaurant and distillery to breathe new life into the historic Oga Peninsula through sustainable and creative craftsmanship.
