Previously aged in bourbon casks, these single malts continued their development in Sherry casks, adding richness and complexity to the aromatic profile:
– 80% aged in Refill Sherry casks (distilled in December 2009 and January 2010)
– 20% aged in First Fill Sherry casks (distilled in January 2010)

• Double distillation in pot stills
• Non-chill filtered – Natural color
Nose : Very intense | With mixed notes of orange, vegetal (thyme), vanilla and cocoa, camphor, and prune.
Palate : Smooth and full-bodied | On a well-integrated woody note, notes of gingerbread and orange, with aromas of exotic fruits and prune.
Overall : Intense | With a slight hint of smoke and pepper.
