The youngest of the triptych we devote to Knappogue Castle in our Ex Libris range, this 1996 vintage proves particularly rich and concentrated. Revealing a fruity exoticism that could not be more Irish, both on the nose and on the palate, it occasionally borrows the vanilla, spicy almost medicinal and buttery (peanut) paths that are usually the preserve of certain bourbons.
