KILCHOMAN Small Batch Port French Exclusive

For this third edition of the Islay Selection, La Maison du Whisky has specially selected two small batches from the Kilchoman distillery. These two whiskies are impregnated with a Portuguese influence resulting respectively from an ageing in STR and port wine casks. This second batch is a small batch of ex-bourbon (75%), port (20%) and sherry oloroso (5%) casks. This beautiful combination gives birth to a whisky combining tasty notes of citrus, peaty smoke, signature of Kilchoman single malts and intense notes of red fruits and vanilla, typical of Port.
